Job summary

Kensington360 is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to provide technical support across advanced manufacturing operations and related programs. The role spans quoting, CAM activities, technical documentation, and program delivery with close collaboration across Engineering, Materials & Processes, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Business Development, and PM teams.

The candidate should have strong CAD/CAM fundamentals, practical hands-on experience, and a focus on Metal Laser Powder Bed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for additive manufacturing and welding equipment (electrical, mechanical, cooling, gas).
Optimize equipment performance, productivity, and reliability.
Support installation, commissioning, start-up, and maintenance with engineering and operations teams.
Train and support personnel on basic operation of manufacturing equipment and peripheral systems.
Contribute to DfAM/DFM assessments, build orientation, support strategies, materials and process selection.
Identify and communicate technical, cost, schedule, and manufacturability risks to leadership.
Develop additive manufacturing solutions for customer components and programs.
Review customer drawings, CAD models, specs, and SOWs to identify requirements and risks.
Contribute to quotation packages, CAM activities, technical responses, and production-readiness.
Support cross-functional project execution and manufacturability of deliverables.
