Qualifications

• 4-12 years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experience with a strong background in CNC machining.
• Proven ability to interpret CMM data and make program or toolpath adjustments directly at the machine control.
• Familiarity with GD&T, PPAP, SPC principles, and shop floor gaging methods.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production machining operations by troubleshooting issues and adjusting CNC programs.
• Review CMM data and improve processes integrating findings into MES work instructions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with a Lean Manufacturing focus.
