Job Summary


The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will leverage experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals with minimal supervision. They will use cross-functional leadership, technical expertise, and communication skills to launch new products and enhance profitability of existing products in manufacturing.



  • Identify and implement projects to improve efficiency, reduce scrap, and enhance product quality, including capital and WCM projects.

  • Manage teams focused on productivity improvements.

  • Collaborate with department leadership to implement systematic changes effectively.

  • Lead facility improvement projects, supporting maintenance and 5-S initiatives.

  • Work with production staff to resolve manufacturing issues promptly.

  • Create and update manufacturing documentation, procedures, specifications, drawings, and train personnel accordingly.




Is this job for you ?



  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (required)

  • Master's Degree in Engineering (preferred)

  • 7+ years of progressive engineering experience (required)

  • Strong analytical skills, proactive safety mindset, problem-solving urgency, knowledge of CNC processes, blueprint reading, and FMEA/PFMEA analysis (required)

  • Familiarity with MRP systems like SAP or QAD (required)

  • 5+ years machining/toolroom experience (preferred)

  • Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred)

Compensation & Benefits


We provide a comprehensive Total Rewards package, including a pay range of $89,500 to $138,500 annually. The actual base pay varies based on location, experience, and other factors. The position is eligible for an annual bonus of approximately 12%, with a total target cash compensation between $100,240 and $155,120. Bonus payments depend on performance and are not guaranteed.


Employees can choose from various benefits to suit their needs, including health, retirement, additional perks, and role-specific provisions such as safety gear.
