Job summary

Langham Recruitment seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for its Boston, MA site to drive the LVM production line from bench-scale to high-volume manufacturing. You will be on the production floor, commissioning equipment, and building robust processes to ensure reliable operation.

You will own line readiness, SOPs, and QC workflows, applying data-driven approaches to optimize throughput and quality in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

  • Ability to scale manufacturing processes from pre-pilot to low-volume production.
  • Hands-on, day-to-day engineering support on active manufacturing line.
  • Experience implementing QA/QC systems spanning materials to finished products.
  • Define equipment parameters and spec limits for critical-to-quality characteristics.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma and SPC concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and eliminate manufacturing execution risks during aggressive production ramp.
  • Deploy the LVM production line with engineering and manufacturing teams.
  • Establish robust workflows for conforming and non-conforming materials.
  • Ensure line readiness with baseline operating conditions, SOPs, and PM plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement across production and quality management systems.
  • Identify bottlenecks and drive process optimization to reduce cycle time.
  • Lead root cause analyses for non-conformances and implement corrective actions.

We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at a pivotal stage as we rapidly scale our liquid metal thermal interface material from bench-scale development to high-volume manufacturing. In this hands‑on role, you'll be embedded on the production floor, leading the commissioning of our LVM line, building the systems that ensure reliable operation, and driving continuous improvement to support an ambitious production ra
