Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering/Data Analytics or related technical field.
• 6+ years in manufacturing systems, BI, analytics, or related role.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL, including complex queries.
• Strong experience with Power BI, data modeling, DAX, Power Query, Excel, and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations and stakeholders to understand manufacturing processes and data gaps.
• Design reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools for production, capacity, WIP, material visibility, quality, backlog, and on-time delivery.
• Develop analytics around Infor CSI/Syteline ERP for planning, scheduling, BOMs, routings, inventory, and material transactions.
