IDEX Corporation in Farmington, CT is seeking a customer service professional to strengthen relationships and ensure high-quality service. You will support the Sales team, coordinate with internal partners, and help manage contracts and pricing to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

This role collaborates with Sales, Engineering, Operations and Quality to resolve issues, respond to RFQs, and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of customer service or account support experience in manufacturing.
• Experience reviewing contracts and resolving discrepancies for RFQs.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for customers and the Sales team, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through outreach, issue resolution, and proactive support.
• Coordinate with Quality, Operations, Shipping, and other teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Support inbound RFQs by providing catalogs, contracts, and price lists.
• Review and resolve contract discrepancies and pricing questions.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service and account support.
