Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive manufacturing cost accounting experience.
• Experience with standard costing and inventory accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyze standard costs, variances, inventory valuation, and margins.
• Support annual standard cost rolls and cost updates.
• Analyze variances and coordinate inventories and financial reporting.
• Partner with Operations to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist monthly closes, forecasts, budgeting, audits, and ERP enhancements.
