Job summary

LS GreenLink is seeking an Accounting Specialist to manage day-to-day accounting operations, assist with month-end close, and prepare financial reports. You will support ERP implementation for a new company and coordinate insurance activities with stakeholders.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years of accounting experience, and SAP FI/CO knowledge. Manufacturing experience is a plus; US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of five years of accounting experience.
• Manufacturing experience in a global environment preferred.
• SAP FI and CO modules experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Prepare accounting records and financial reports with accuracy and conformity to standards.
• Support ERP implementation for a newly established company.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and manage banking activities.
• Respond to management inquiries regarding financial results and reporting.
• Coordinate and manage insurance policies and related administrative tasks.
• Travel domestically up to 20% as required.
