Gloriumtech is seeking an experienced QA professional to ensure quality across complex healthcare-related web applications. You will perform extensive manual testing, execute API tests, and develop structured test documentation to accelerate ship readiness.

Candidates should demonstrate 5+ years in manual testing, 2–3 years in API testing, and strong analytical abilities. English proficiency (B2+) is required, with experience in Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial experience in manual testing of web applications.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in API testing.
• Deep knowledge of QA principles and testing techniques; ability to write test plans and test cases.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; can pinpoint root causes and effects of bugs.
• Fluent English (B2+) for writing and discussions.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools like Jira, TestRail, Zephyr.

Responsibilities

• Own test coverage across multiple web application modules with real-world scenarios.
• Lead rigorous manual testing and report findings clearly until bugs are closed.
• Ensure requirements are testable by analyzing docs early and translating specs into test plans.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills— you don’t just log abug, you understand what caused itand what itaffects.
• Comfortable analyzing requirements for completeness and testability, including end-to-end workflows incomplex domains like healthcare.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) orabove— enough tocommunicate requirements, findings, and blockers clearly inwriting and inteam discussions.
• Anactive user ofAI tools who applies them toaccelerate test case generation, documentation, and routineQA tasks— and isgenuinely curious about where AI-driven testing isheading.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr).

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Own test coverage across multiple web application modules— building and maintaining test cases that reflect real-world usage, not just happy paths.
• Drive issue detection and resolution byperforming rigorous manual testing, reporting findings clearly, and following through until bugs are closed.
• Ensure requirements are testable— analyze documentation early, flag gaps, and translate specs into structured test plans.
• Shape quality practices within the team byactively contributing during planning sessions, syncs, and reviews.
