Qualifications

• 10+ years of manual machining experience; 15+ preferred.
• Proficient reading of blueprints with GD&T.
• Experience with rigging and overhead cranes.
• Strong metrology and inspection skills.
• Ability to work weekends/overtime as needed.
• Able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual turning, milling, drilling, reaming, boring, slotting, grinding, and tapping.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE.
• Rig, move, and position large parts using overhead cranes.
• Maintain tooling and shop equipment.
• Read, interpret, and apply GD&T on blueprints.
• Inspect components with calipers, micrometers, indicators, profilometers, and other precision tools.
• Communicate with team to ensure project efficiency.
