Job summary

Idlogistics seeks a Sr Architect, Warehouse Systems to lead the migration from legacy warehouse systems to Manhattan Active WM. The role will serve as a Manhattan Active WM SME, defining solution standards, support models, and phased rollout approaches across multiple sites.

The SME will partner with operations, IT, automation vendors, and external system owners to ensure successful integration, go-live, and stabilization while managing testing, training, cutover, and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years hands-on Manhattan WMS experience (WMOS/Scale/WMi).
• 5+ years with Manhattan Active WM.
• Experience leading SME/architect roles on Manhattan Active WM implementations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and integration with external systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation activities for a phased, multi-location warehouse rollout.
• Support migration from legacy WMS/TMS/WES/WCS to Manhattan capabilities.
• Define future-state warehouse processes across receiving, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, returns and exceptions.
• Assess workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and non-value-added activities.
• Design inbound order integration from Manhattan Omni and validate integration points.
• Partner with IT, operations and vendors on hardware and automation validation.
• Establish governance, release management, testing, rollout templates and support procedures.
• Triage issues, support cutover planning and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
