Your role and responsibilities

As a senior managing SAP consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner responsible for selling, leading, and implementing SAP solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating to provide innovative solutions to complex business problems, with a deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent.

You will work on projects that integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve profitability and shareholder value. You will participate in business development activities and contribute to proposal development. There are opportunities to acquire new skills, work across disciplines, face new challenges, and deepen industry knowledge.

Your primary responsibilities include:

1. Strategic SAP Solution Leadership: Leading the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions that are simple, scalable, and maintainable, tailored to client needs.
2. Team Delivery Leadership: Managing a high-performing team of SAP consultants to deliver quality work on time and within budget.
3. Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your SAP functional expertise and latest technologies, following industry best practices.

This role can be performed remotely from anywhere in the US.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Hands-on SAP configuration expertise, especially in SAP EWM, with at least 5 end-to-end implementations as a Consultant or Solution Architect.
• Multiple SAP certifications and deep expertise across SAP modules, particularly in supply chain processes and workflows.
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its application in client environments.
• Project management skills, including planning, resource management, and delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Familiarity with AI models and cybersecurity/data privacy principles relevant to SAP implementations.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Experience with cloud platforms such as IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
