Job summary

BRG is seeking a Senior Managing Consultant for Corporate Finance - Transaction Advisory to join our Dallas, Atlanta, Boston, or Houston teams. The role focuses on buy- and sell-side diligence, financial modeling, and delivering actionable insights to clients.

You will lead, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with clients and other professionals to produce reports, presentations, and recommendations. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience, ideally in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Expertise in financial modeling and analysis (particularly in Excel), including constructing 3-statement models and cash flows.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to interact with junior and senior team members.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities of BRG's Corporate Finance –Transaction Advisory client service teams on buy and sell side diligence engagements.
• Demonstrate consistent, balanced project delegation, supervision and leadership across all engagement areas.
• Assist in identifying issues for purchase price adjustments and potential deal structuring insights.
• Utilize business, finance, accounting, and analytical skills to perform QA earnings, trend analysis, working capital and cash flow assessments.
• Lead preparation of reports, analyses, presentations, and other client deliverables.
• Participate in developing a fast-growing practice, including marketing, client pitches, and product development.
