Responsibilities

• Supervise, oversee, lead, and manage legal staff within the Removal Defense Unit
• Manage staff recruitment, onboarding and performance reviews
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, and grant/funding compliance
• Supervise and review work product of attorneys and staff in complex cases
• Maintain case records and ensure compliance with CHIRLA policies
