Qualifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar is required.
• Three years of satisfactory United States legal experience after bar admission.

Responsibilities

• Litigate complex cases and assist Supervising Attorney in managing the Bronx Unit.
• Negotiate on behalf of the agency and review/approve complex agreements.
• Prepare briefs, motions, opinions, affidavits, and trial materials.
• Advise on enforcement, code violations, and housing-related law.
