Qualifications

• Admitted to the New York State Bar and in good standing.
• Three years of satisfactory US legal experience after bar admission.

Responsabilités

• Serve as Senior Staff Attorney and litigate complex cases.
• Assist Supervising Attorney in Bronx Unit management.
• Confer disputes between landlords and tenants on housing code violations.
• Prepare briefs, motions, opinions and other legal papers.
• Conduct investigations, hearings and trial preparation.
