Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Research, Business Administration, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in capacity modeling and planning, workforce analytics, HR analytics, business analytics, statistical analysis, predictive modeling.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a managerial role managing staff and/or a workforce forecasting & planning function.
• Minimum 5 years of advanced proficiency in SQL, R, Python, or comparable programming languages to support workforce analytics, forecasting, automation, and data modeling
• Minimum 3 years' experience with HRIS (e.g., PeopleSoft or ERP) and data integration from multiple sources.
• Minimum 4 years' experience developing and applying workforce forecasting models and analytical methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and alignment of workforce forecasting & planning strategies with business objectives.
• Develop forecasting models and analytical approaches to assess attrition, headcount, vacancies, and hiring demand.
• Analyze workforce trends and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership.
• Translate data into clear recommendations for decision-making.
• Manage workforce hiring plan processes aligned with forecasts and budgets.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations and other stakeholders to embed planning into decisions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and drive adoption of improved processes and tools.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, predictive analytics, and AI in workforce planning.
• Coach and develop team members in workforce analytics and planning.
