Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a Senior Manager, Wealth Management Academy to lead participant development from onboarding through program completion and to help attract and develop talent for Schwab's Wealth Management tracks. This role also supports Career Pathways initiatives across the firm and fosters coaching and partnerships to raise readiness for client-facing roles.

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required.
  • Series 9/10 license preferred or must be attained as a condition of employment.
  • CFP designation highly preferred.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Wealth Management products, services, financial planning, and investment guidance.

The Wealth Management Academy team is responsible for developing the next generation of Wealth Management talent. As a Senior Manager, Wealth Management Academy, you'll lead participant development from onboarding through program completion, helping individuals build the skills, confidence, and readiness needed to transition into Wealth Management client-facing roles. You'll also help attract and develop talent for the Wealth Management track of the Schwab Intern Academy, delivering an exceptional intern experience. Additionally, you'll support Career Pathways initiatives that connect aspiring Wealth Management talent with networking, development, and internal mobility opportunities across the firm.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about coaching talent, building strong partnerships, and creating meaningful development experiences. Your work directly supports talent readiness, employee engagement, and the long-term growth of Schwab's Wealth Management organization.
