Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Manager of Vulnerability Management to lead the Vulnerability Management, Attack Surface Management, and CTEM programs across on-premises, cloud, and internet-facing environments. The role sits in the Cyber organization with responsibility to identify, prioritize, and reduce cybersecurity risk.

You will own strategy, execution, and continuous improvement efforts and manage a small team that will grow over time.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cyber security with 3+ years in a management role.
• Hands-on experience in vulnerability/attack surface/CTEM programs.
• Experience with CrowdStrike, Rapid7 or Qualys.
• Previous work at a large organization (10k+ employees) is ideal.

Responsibilities

Job description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Manager of Vulnerability Management to join one of their top supply chain and distribution clients, sitting in either Temple, TX or Austin, TX (3 days a week onsite). This individual will be joining the Cyber organization, and will lead the Vulnerability Management, Attack Surface Management, and Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) programs, with responsibility for identifying, prioritizing, and reducing cybersecurity risk across on-premises, cloud, application, and internet-facing environments. This person will own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement efforts to ensure cyber exposures are continuously discovered, validated, prioritized, and remediated. This individual also needs to have prior people management experience as they will manage a small team, likely to grow overtime.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years within cyber security, with at least three in a management role
• Hands on experience within vulnerability management, attack surface management and/or continuous threat exposure management programs
• Experience with Crowdstrike
• Experience with Rapid7 and/or Qualys
• Prior experience at a larger size company (10,000+ employees, over 80 locations ideal)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with AI and/or automation for process improvements
• Experience supporting large scale implementations within cyber

Compensation

Up to $185,000 annually.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
