Job summary

Ovative Group is hiring a Senior Manager, Video & Programmatic Media in the United States. You will shape enterprise-level Video, Audio, and Programmatic strategies, align Linear and Digital investments within the EMR framework, and lead executive-level client relationships to drive measurable outcomes.

You will manage high-performing teams, advance VPM best practices, and contribute to account growth and new business efforts across cross-functional media, measurement, and creative peers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years directly responsible for enterprise-level Video/Audio/Programmatic media programs.
• 4+ years of people management experience, including leading teams.
• Proven track record driving performance through VPM channels (revenue, profitability, EMR lift).
• Strong cross-channel planning and activation across multiple brands.
• Experience with performance-based, direct response, and full-funnel media programs.
• Experience with major buying and measurement platforms (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, Google Ads/YouTube).
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, influence-ready narratives for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior oversight on planning, activation, and optimization across Linear/CTV, OLV/YouTube, Audio, and Programmatic Display/Native.
• Lead test-and-learn agendas and performance readouts for clients and teams.
• Maintain strategic relationships with platform partners to unlock opportunities and performance gains.
• Own senior client relationships and overall VPM performance for complex accounts.
• Set integrated roadmaps that connect upper- and lower-funnel tactics and align with partners.
• Foster a culture of accountability, coaching, and engagement within the team.
