LA28 is seeking a Senior Manager, Venue Security (Planning & Ops) to lead strategic security planning and operations for a cluster of Olympic/Paralympic venues in Los Angeles. TheSenior Manager, Venue SecurityPlanning & Operations,will play a pivotal, early role, as a key member ofasmall,professionalanddiverseSafety and SecurityTeam.TheVenueClusterManager, Security,willwork collaboratively with a broad team of stakeholders on the designandsecurityoperating plansforaclusterof Olympic Venues.TheVCMwill ensure that all designs and plans areintegrated into the overall Games Security Plans and Games Operational Plans.This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can work collaboratively with multiplefunctional areas (departments,)government and public safetyagencies, and a diverse set ofstakeholders to ensure the highest levels of security and operational efficiency during the Games.The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills.This position reports to the Director, Venue Security.
The annual base salary range for this position is $105,000-$140,000. The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role. All LA28 compensation remains subject to final determination based on individual candidate qualifications, experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28’s operational business needs and applicable law.
