Overview

Join the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation as a Senior Vendor Management professional, powered by healthcare intelligence.

Responsibilities
  1. Establish and manage relationships with select vendors.
  2. Implement governance frameworks with vendors.
  3. Monitor service level metrics and KPIs.
  4. Recommend strategies and process improvements.
  5. Support cross-functional relationships with internal teams such as GCO, Legal, Finance, and QA.
  6. Lead vendor selection initiatives (RFI/RFPs) following departmental procedures.
  7. Negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSAs) to achieve preferred rates and discounts.
Qualifications
Technical and Communication Skills:
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in conflict resolution.
  • Proven relationship-building capabilities.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience in procurement operations, vendor negotiations, contract management, and strategic sourcing.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage procurement teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Experience in managing procurement budgets and identifying cost savings.
  • 3-5+ years in vendor/alliances management, project management, or related fields within the pharmaceutical industry.
