We’re Teva, a leading innovative biopharmaceutical company, enabled by a world-class generics business. Whether it’s innovating in the fields of neuroscience and immunology or delivering high-quality medicine worldwide, we’re dedicated to addressing patients’ needs now and in the future. Here, you will be part of a high-performing, inclusive culture that values fresh thinking and collaboration. You'll have the room to grow, the flexibility to balance life with work, and the opportunity to better health worldwide, together.

Our Team, Your Impact

We are seeking a strategic and highly experienced Pharmaceutical Contracts Leader to drive the development, negotiation, and execution of complex agreements across our U.S. Generics business. This role sits at the intersection of Commercial, Finance, and Legal, translating market strategy into structured, compliant, and financially optimized contract frameworks.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in generic pharmaceutical contracting, including wholesaler, retail, and government channels, and a strong understanding of pricing models, distribution dynamics, and revenue impact (e.g., chargebacks, rebates, and returns). This individual will operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights that shape contracting strategy, optimize market access, and mitigate financial and compliance risk.

This is a high-visibility role offering the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide decision-making, drive process excellence, and enhance contracting capabilities through both strategic leadership and operational execution.

The position is hybrid, requiring regular onsite presence in Parsippany, NJ (typical schedule: three days in office, two days remote).

    • Partner closely with Legal to ensure agreements are compliant, enforceable, and aligned with organizational risk tolerance
