Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Senior Manager – TS AI Finance Engineering to lead the SigniFi AI Engineering Platform in New Brunswick or Raritan, NJ. You will drive AI-enabled finance software engineering across SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP BTP, Treasury, and analytics, building AI agents and governance.

You will mentor global teams, set standards, evaluate new AI tech, and partner with stakeholders to deliver high-value use cases that power our regulated-life-sciences finance functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in CS/IS/Engineering (or related).
• 8+ years leading enterprise software engineering or SAP technology teams.
• SAP Finance experience (S/4HANA) and SAP BTP exposure.
• Strong AI-assisted software development knowledge, Agile, and DevSecOps.
• Leadership, communication and stakeholder management.

• Preferred: Generative AI/LLMs/Agentic AI or AI engineering platforms. SAP certifications or cloud experience. Healthcare/life sciences or other regulated-industry experience.
