Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an executive to drive the SigniFi AI Engineering Platform, guiding AI-enabled software development across SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP BTP, and enterprise apps.

You will mentor global teams, establish governance, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases, evaluating new technologies to expand platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience leading enterprise software engineering or SAP technology teams.
• Experience delivering SAP Finance solutions, including S/4HANA and SAP BTP.
• Strong understanding of AI-assisted software development, Agile methodologies, and DevSecOps practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
• Preferred: Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, or AI engineering platforms.
• SAP certifications or cloud platform experience.
• Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or other regulated industries.
