Butterball, LLC is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee trade promotion, brokerage, and deduction accounting across sales teams. You will lead a team, ensure internal controls, accurate reporting, and compliance with policies, while guiding data-driven insights to improve financial performance.

Collaborate across Sales, Supply Chain, AR and Finance to manage accruals, broker commissions, and customer settlements, while aligning activities with business objectives and Butterball’s standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration or equivalent.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in finance/accounting roles.
• 2+ years of leadership experience or guiding teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of contributors and supervisors; manage HR activities and performance.
• Implement internal controls and processes to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee trade promotion, deductions, brokerage programs, accruals, and broker payments.
• Collect and report data to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and financial performance.
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, AR, and Finance to align activities with business goals.
• Own payment approvals, deduction settlements, and supporting documentation.
