Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or relevant work experience and certification(s).
• 7+ years managing programs and projects.
• 3+ years leading and managing people and teams.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of modern product delivery practices including SDLC, value streams and quality engineering.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with metrics to drive decisions.
• Experience managing headcount, budgeting and resource allocation.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management across matrixed organizations.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive organizational change.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Technical Program Managers and Quality Engineers delivering strategic initiatives.
• Manage delivery flow across value streams, identify bottlenecks, mitigate risks and optimize throughput.
• Drive planning and operating rhythms: quarterly and annual planning, commitment management, capacity planning.
• Translate priorities into executable roadmaps, milestones and delivery commitments with leaders.
• Establish and improve delivery and quality standards, metrics, and best practices.
• Monitor delivery performance and communicate status and forecasts to leadership.
• Act as primary escalation point for delivery challenges and coordinate mitigation plans.
