Job summary

EY’s FAAS team is expanding, and as a Senior Manager in the Technical Accounting Advisory Group (TAAG), you will guide complex accounting projects across industries. You’ll work with EY FAAS and audit teams, delivering technically rigorous analyses and insightful recommendations to clients.

You will lead diverse teams, mentor colleagues, and travel as needed to engage key clients. A CPA and broad US GAAP experience are highly valued in this high-visibility role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA preferred; 8+ years in technical accounting.
• Experience in multiple industries and public accounting is ideal.
• Strong writing and presentation skills; ability to lead complex analyses.

Responsibilities

• Help clients address consolidation, joint ventures, IPOs, and business combinations.
• Lead engagement teams across service lines and build client relationships.
• Travel as needed to meet key clients.
