Job summary

TD is seeking a Senior Manager, Technology Control Automation in Mount Laurel, New Jersey to design and lead enterprise-wide technology control automation assessments and automate control testing. You will bridge First Line, Second Line, Audit, and Technology teams, creating scalable frameworks, strategies, and roadmaps that improve control testing effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Information security certification / accreditation an asset.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and governance of enterprise technology control automation.
• Drive enterprise-wide technical control testing automation across applications, infrastructure, cloud, and technology processes.
• Improve audit defensibility through alignment between control objectives, testing automation, and evidence collection.
• Mentor teams and develop organizational capability through training and coaching.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders to drive enterprise alignment and transformation.
