Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and consulting services to partnerships across various industries, including Fortune 100 companies and mid-market businesses.
• Advise on transaction calculations, partner economics, tax distributions, and other partnership lifecycle events.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team focused on partnership consulting, reporting, and technology design.
• Lead, mentor, and train tax professionals; manage a client portfolio; serve as the primary contact for clients.
• Oversee engagement risks, project budgets, resource planning, and financial metrics.
• Stay updated on current tax practices, emerging technologies, and participate in process development initiatives.
• Uphold integrity, professionalism, and a respectful work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years' experience in partnership federal and state tax compliance within an accounting firm.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Licensed CPA, Enrolled Agent, J.D., LL.M., or other approved credentials; if not possessed at hire, must be obtained within one year.
• Strong technical aptitude, critical thinking, and client service mindset.
• Proficiency with MS Office and tax software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
