Job summary

Palladium is seeking a Senior Manager, Sustainable Infrastructure – Environment, to lead a team and provide expert guidance on environmental risk management, impact strategy, and project delivery across mining, infrastructure, climate, and nature-based solutions. Fluency in English and another language is required.

The role supports business development, strategic planning, and proposal development for private sector and donors, with a focus on post-mining land use and sustainable community

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a client-facing management role on large, private/public sector projects, with mining/ESG focus.
• 5+ years working directly with mining companies as clients.
• Masters in Environmental Science/Engineering, Natural Resources, Economics or related field preferred.
• Fluency in English and at least one other language (French/Spanish/Portuguese).
• Strong networks in the mining and minerals sector and cross-geography leadership experience.
• Experience leading business development efforts for private sector and donors.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality, client-focused results across complex assignments.
• Oversee proposal development, budgeting, planning, implementation, and reporting.
• Identify, engage, and manage partners and subcontractors to strengthen technical quality and delivery capacity.
• Manage partner/subcontractor performance to ensure contractually compliant delivery of inputs, outputs, and outcomes.
• Serve as Project Director with budget oversight and client relationships.
