Job summary

Fluence Energy, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager for Supply Chain Systems & Process Excellence to lead global system governance and data-driven process improvements. This role drives SAP S/4HANA optimization, master data governance, and reporting across procurement, planning, inventory, scheduling, and logistics.

The position requires extensive experience in supply chain systems, ERP implementations, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on digital transformation for a growing BESS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 6+ years experience in supply chain systems, business process management, ERP governance, or process excellence.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA or equivalent ERP systems.
• Experience supporting planning, procurement, inventory, scheduling, logistics, or manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Chain Systems & Process Excellence team supporting Procurement Operations, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Order Fulfillment.
• Define and maintain the supply chain systems roadmap in alignment with business growth objectives.
• Own supply chain business requirements for SAP S/4HANA and supporting planning systems.
• Drive ERP process optimization, automation, and workflow improvements.
• Establish governance for master data and drive data quality initiatives.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting using SAP, Power BI, and related platforms.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement initiatives across supply chain functions.
