Job summary

Fluence Energy seeks a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Systems & Process Excellence to lead the global supply chain systems, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will own SAP S/4HANA and planning systems, drive data-driven processes, and partner with IT, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, and Operations.

This role focuses on standardizing end-to-end supply chain processes, master data governance, KPI reporting, and digital transformation to enable scalable growth within our Battery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6+ years in supply chain systems or process excellence.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting planning, procurement, inventory, scheduling, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Chain Systems & Process Excellence team across procurement, demand planning, supply planning, and order fulfillment.
• Own SAP S/4HANA and related planning systems; define and maintain the systems roadmap.
• Standardize end-to-end supply chain processes and governance across regions.
• Drive data integrity, reporting/analytics, and KPI architecture for the function.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma and digital transformation initiatives.
• Partner with IT, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, and Operations to enable system integration.
