Job summary

Frontier Communications is seeking a Senior Manager of Supply Chain Risk Management to lead third‑party risk initiatives. This remote role can be performed from anywhere in the contiguous United States.

You will develop and manage a comprehensive TPRM program, establish monitoring, and ensure supplier engagements comply with policy. Strong leadership and expertise in GRC frameworks are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in third‑party risk management or related fields.
• Experience developing and implementing supply‑chain security programs, including policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Strong knowledge of supplier management concepts in sourcing, contracting, performance management, risk management, procurement, receiving, and equipment management.
• Experience with GRC platforms and technology implementation.
• Understanding of ERM and GRC concepts, information security and data privacy, ISO27001, NIST, SOC 1/2, COSO, OCEG, and related frameworks.
• Leadership experience of at least three years.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of supply chain risk policies and awareness programs.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) program.
• Ensure new supplier engagements follow policy and procedures.
• Create ongoing monitoring standards based on risk ratings.
• Collaborate to identify coordination and efficiency opportunities.
• Update training materials and guides to communicate requirements.
• Incorporate industry trends in multi‑tier risk into procurement strategy.
• Evaluate third‑party controls for alignment with program.
• Oversee ongoing third‑party risk management activities and remediation.
• Develop reports to assess supplier risks and communicate findings.
