Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years or Master's with 6+ years in supply chain or related field.
• 3+ years of experience leading a team or direct people management.
• Experience with procurement and subcontract execution workflows.
• Experience with manufacturing and purchasing workflows.
• Experience with material receipt forecasting.
• U.S. citizen and ability to obtain US Government Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates cross-functionally to ensure supply chain commitments are met and develop mitigation plans.
• Develops material strategy and leads activities in all phases of the BAP.
• Serves as a focal point with Responsibility, Accountability, and Action to the Operating Unit Leader.
• Develops and executes GSC strategies to support the build process for affordability and quality.
• Integrates and manages cost and schedule data for the EVM baseline.
• Manages proposal submissions to ensure timely, high-quality Prime proposals.
• Manages material financials to support program goals.
• Briefs executive management on cost and schedule status.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
