Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is seeking a Manager, Supplier Development Engineering - Chemicals. This hybrid role can be based in Raleigh, NC among other U.S. locations, with up to 50% travel and relocation benefits offered within the United States.

You will lead a team of Supplier Development Engineers to build supplier manufacturing capability, capacity, and operational readiness. Collaboration with Quality, Procurement, and Operations is essential to meet quality, cost, and growth

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations or related technical discipline.
Minimum of eight (8) years experience in Supplier Development, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or related field.
Minimum of three (3) years leadership experience managing technical teams and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsabilités

Develop and execute supplier development strategy for regions/segments to address capability risks and growth.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Supplier Development Engineers with performance and succession planning.
Provide oversight of supplier capability and risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
Drive manufacturing excellence using Lean, Six Sigma, and process capability improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supplier readiness for new product launches and launches readiness.
