  • Responsible for working with team to develop and execute strategies to support long-term goals.
Business and Market Analysis
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the US market and globally as needed.
  • Analyze competitor offerings and industry dynamics to inform strategy and execution plan.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of financial data and analytics to identify trends, inform conclusions and support decision making
  • Build financial models and assessments to support opportunity sizing, scenario planning, and portfolio optimization
  • Support acquisition due diligence through target identification and screening, commercial due diligence and post-acquisition value creation
  • Conduct build/buy/partner analysis on new offers and ways to develop capabilities and/or scale.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication
  • Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and develop a point of view
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure that initiatives are executed seamlessly
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and working towards the same goals, monitoring, evaluating and reporting on progress
  • Support strategy and channel deployment discussions with senior leadership, through analysis, reporting and development of presentations

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
