Position Summary

Leads strategic initiatives that drive long-term growth, partnering across a matrixed organization to develop multi-year plans, align stakeholders, and execute enterprise priorities. This role guides complex cross-functional workstreams, delivers data-driven recommendations to senior leadership, and plays a key role in the Medicare Advantage bid process by coordinating strategy, business decision-making, and execution to support competitive positioning, membership growth, and financial performance.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, healthcare, health insurance, or related business functions
• Experience developing and executing multi-year strategic plans that drive growth and business performance
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools preferred
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills, including development of materials for senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Management consulting experience and/or experience in a large healthcare payer organization preferred

Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$82,940.00 - $182,549.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
