Job description

Careismatic Brands outfits our community of care through our portfolio of market-leading brands that meet the diverse needs of healthcare professionals worldwide. We are one piece of a larger community of those who care and are cared for. Whether it’s medical professionals or the patients they serve, we are inspired by those who wear our uniforms every day.

What You’ll Do

The Senior Manager, Strategy Analytics is the data engine behind Careismatic's Digital Commerce organization. You will build the measurement infrastructure, reporting layer, and analytical capability that gives every function in Digital Commerce — Traffic, Site Ownership, Product, Content, and Operations — a reliable, consistent view of business performance and the inputs that drive it. This is a greenfield role. There is no inherited stack to maintain and no backlog of technical debt to work through — you will help define what good looks like for Digital Commerce analytics at Careismatic, partner with the central BI team to establish the right boundaries and shared infrastructure and build from there. The ability to operate with ambiguity, make pragmatic architecture decisions, and prioritize ruthlessly will be as important as technical skill. You will report into the Tech Lead – Ecommerce and work as a close partner to the Senior Product Manager, VP Traffic, Site Owners, and Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing Operations — serving as the analytical counterpart to each of those functions and ensuring they have the data they need to make fast, confident decisions.

How You’ll Do It
Measurement Infrastructure & Data Pipeline
  • Partner with the Tech Lead – Ecommerce and central BI team to define the Digital Commerce data architecture — establishing where data lives, how it flows between systems (Shopify, ad platforms, ESP, analytics tools), and what the reporting layer is built on.
  • Own the implementation and ongoing maintenance of tracking across all five brand sites — ensuring GA4, pixel infrastructure, and event-level data capture are accurate, complete, and consistent across the portfolio.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines that consolidate performance data from disparate sources — paid media platforms, email/SMS tools, Shopify, affiliate networks, and site analytics — into unified, reliable reporting views.
  • Establish data governance standards for Digital Commerce: metric definitions, naming conventions, attribution logic, and data quality checkpoints that ensure consistency across all reporting surfaces.
  • Collaborate with the central BI team to align on shared infrastructure, avoid duplication of effort, and ensure Digital Commerce data is appropriately integrated into enterprise-wide reporting where relevant.
  • Recurring Reporting & Performance Dashboards. Design and maintain the core suite of Digital Commerce performance dashboards — covering channel-level traffic and spend efficiency, site conversion funnel, P&L KPIs by brand and collection, email and lifecycle performance, and SEO/organic health.
  • Own the weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cadence for the Digital Commerce organization, delivering clean, accurate, and actionable performance summaries to channel owners and the SVP, Digital Commerce.
  • Build executive-ready reporting views that surface the metrics that matter most to leadership — revenue, new customer CAC, working media as % of sales, CVR, AOV, and margin — without requiring manual assembly each cycle.
  • Maintain a single source of truth for Digital Commerce KPIs, ensuring that all teams are working from consistent definitions and that discrepancies between platform-reported and internally reported numbers are identified and resolved.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis & Business Insights. Serve as the analytical resource for ad-hoc requests across the Digital Commerce org — answering questions from Site Owners, the VP Traffic, the SPM, and others that require pulling, joining, and interpreting data from multiple sources.
  • Go beyond descriptive reporting to identify the controllable inputs that drive business outcomes — surfacing which levers (media mix, promotional depth, content quality, site speed, lifecycle frequency) have the highest correlation with the KPIs the organization is trying to move.
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation programs by designing measurement frameworks, ensuring clean pre/post or control/variant data capture, and interpreting results with appropriate statistical rigor.
  • Conduct customer cohort and lifetime value analyses that inform acquisition efficiency targets, retention investment decisions, and new customer CAC benchmarks across brands.
  • Proactively surface anomalies, performance inflections, and emerging trends — not waiting to be asked but flagging signals that warrant attention before they become problems or missed opportunities.
Cross-Functional Analytics Partnership
  • Partner with the VP, Traffic on channel performance analytics — building the reporting infrastructure that gives paid media, lifecycle, SEO, and affiliate teams a clear view of their contribution to revenue, new customer acquisition, and working media efficiency.
  • Support the Site Owner directors with collection-level and brand-level performance analysis, helping them understand what is driving or dragging against their P&L targets at a granular level.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager on platform analytics — ensuring experiment measurement is sound, conversion funnel data is reliable, and Core Web Vitals and site performance metrics are tracked and visible.
  • Work with the Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing Operations to ensure reporting infrastructure supports the consolidated performance reviews and QBR materials that go to leadership.
  • Partner with the Director, Content Optimization to develop content performance measurement frameworks — tracking how PDP content quality and completeness correlate with conversion rate, return rate, and search rank across channels.
What You’ll Need
  • 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, ecommerce analytics, or a closely related data role within a DTC or performance marketing environment
  • Strong command of GA4 — including event tracking configuration, funnel analysis, attribution modeling, and custom reporting — with hands‑on experience implementing or auditing GA4 setups across ecommerce sites
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis across relational databases or cloud data platforms
  • Experience building and maintaining performance dashboards in BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent) that serve non-technical stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a greenfield or early-stage analytics environment — comfortable making pragmatic architecture decisions, defining standards from scratch, and building incrementally toward a mature measurement infrastructure
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channel mechanics — paid search, paid social, email/SMS, SEO, affiliates — sufficient to build meaningful cross-channel attribution and performance reporting
  • Experience with A/B test measurement and basic statistical concepts (significance, confidence intervals, sample sizing) — able to design measurement frameworks and interpret results correctly
  • Strong analytical storytelling skills — able to translate complex data into clear, commercially relevant insights that drive decisions rather than just describe what happened
  • Experience working with Shopify data (orders, products, customers, events) and familiarity with the Shopify analytics ecosystem is a strong plus Page 3 of 4
  • Familiarity with data pipeline tools (dbt, Fivetran, Stitch, or equivalent) and cloud data warehousing (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) is a strong plus
  • Python or R for analysis and automation is a plus but not required

This is a full-time remote role.
