Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 7 years of experience.
• Preference for study in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Design/Multimedia, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Project/Technology Management, Science.
• Certifications: CSCMP, APICS, or ISM.
• Proficiency in complex procurement and contract negotiation.
• Experience with SAP Ariba and Coupa for procurement processes.
• Excelling in supplier relationship management and strategic sourcing.
• Applying systems thinking to identify procurement opportunities.
• Leading teams through ambiguous and challenging procurement scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Leading strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize procurement processes and drive cost savings
• Collaborating with clients to analyze sourcing strategies and identify opportunities for supplier optimization
• Developing and implementing procurement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

• Providing guidance on digital procurement solutions and strategic sourcing frameworks
• Coaching and mentoring teams to solve complex procurement challenges
• Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within procurement processes
