As a Senior Manager, Strategic Projects - Partnerships at Taboola you will serve as critical support to Strategic Partnerships and Sales Ops leadership teams, designing and supporting complex cross-functional initiatives tied to nonstandard, business-critical partner integrations. You will be the subject-matter expert for partnership-related project delivery and concurrent stakeholder management.
To Thrive In This Role, You’ll Need
- 7+ years of program or project management.
- Proven experience supporting BD-led partnerships and strategic rollouts.
- Strong cross-functional influence with commercial, R&D, and Product Marketing teams.
- Experience delivering end-to-end projects across commercial and technical workstreams.
- Comfort in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
How You'll Make An Impact
As a Senior Manager, Strategic Projects - Partnerships at Taboola, you’ll bring value by:
- Own project-based planning and execution for key Taboola partnerships, including Yahoo, Microsoft, and Apple.
- Serve as PMO lead for all stakeholder meetings, ensuring that clear expectations are set and accountable for cross-functional collaboration on a global scale.
- Maintain project-based alignment between Sales, R&D, Product Marketing, Professional Services organizations at Taboola.
- Manage internal workstreams, flag internal blockers to project success as they arise, and provide solution-oriented thought leadership to navigating complex stakeholder requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement on partner-specific training and certification rollout as needed.
- Liaise with Revenue Operations for forecasting and opportunity tracking as it relates to strategic, partner-specific initiatives.
- Define, track, and report upon project milestone adherence and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure GTM timelines are met and properly socialized.
- Provide weekly project-specific reporting and visibility to cross-functional Taboola stakeholders.
- Codify process templates and partnership playbooks in collaboration with Senior Manager, Strategic Projects - Core Initiatives.
- Own execution of strategic partner feedback loops.
- Identify repeatable frameworks for scaling future partnerships.

The pay offered may vary depending on several factors such as location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base Salary Pay Range: $135,000 USD - $165,000 USD
