Job summary

Life360 is seeking a senior Finance leader to guide annual and long-range planning for its global subscription services and advertising businesses. You will partner with senior leaders to build monthly forecasts, understand variances, and identify risks to the plan.

Responsibilities include strategic financial modeling, collaboration with the broader finance team, and mentoring junior staff while enabling scalable analytics and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 84 months (7 years) progressive experience in finance or strategic finance related occupation.

About:

• Lead the annual planning and long-range planning processes for the Life360 global subscription services and advertising businesses.
• Interface with leaders to develop monthly forecasts, understand variances, identify risks and opportunities to the forecast, and ensure spending in accordance with budgets.
• Build and develop deep business partner relationships to drive successful outcomes and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Support leadership and business partners with strategic financial modeling and assessments, and frameworks to improve decision-making.
• Partner closely with the broader finance and accounting teams, including month-end close, preparation of financial and executive leadership reporting, and Board communications.
• Drive forecasting and budgeting process improvements that result in increased forecast accuracy, scalability, and operational efficiencies.
• Develop new processes and tools, and evaluate and improve existing ones to drive rapid, scalable analytics and insights to the business.
• Mentor junior staff to become strategic business partners.
• May telecommute.

Experience:

• Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, accounting, finance, or related field and 84 months of progressive experience in the job offered or a strategic finance related occupation.

Salary and Perks:

Pay range: $298K - $298K
