The role focuses on leading the annual and long-range plans for Life360's global subscription services and advertising businesses, building strong partner relationships, and driving data-driven decision making across finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, accounting, finance, or related field with 84 months of progressive experience in the job offered or a strategic finance related occupation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual planning and long-range planning processes for the Life360 global subscription services and advertising businesses.
• Interface with leaders to develop monthly forecasts, understand variances, identify risks and opportunities to the forecast, and ensure spending in accordance with budgets.
• Build and develop deep business partner relationships to drive successful outcomes and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Support leadership and business partners with strategic financial modeling and assessments, and frameworks to improve decision-making. Partner closely with the broader finance and accounting teams, including month-end close, preparation of financial and executive leadership reporting, and Board communications.
• Drive forecasting and budgeting process improvements that result in increased forecast accuracy, scalability, and operational efficiencies.
• Develop new processes and tools, and evaluate and improve existing ones to drive rapid, scalable analytics and insights to the business.
• Mentor junior staff to become strategic business partners.
• May telecommute.

About the Job

The US-based salary range for this position is $298,022

Total compensation is inclusive of equity compensation in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
