Job summary

Gartner, Inc. in Irving, TX, seeks a Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts Program to lead deal support across high-value renewals and drive retention and growth.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams and present strategic plans to senior leaders, shaping scalable programs and strong business cases with CVMs and CoE partners. You will analyze complex data, influence stakeholders, and deliver action-oriented insights while managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 5-7+ years of experience in completing complex analyses and solving challenging business problems.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Ability to influence leaders to drive business outcomes and growth.
  • Ability to synthesize complex problems into simple, concise statements/core messages, and present to key stakeholders and clients.
  • Outstanding project management skills with cross-functional stakeholders and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Forward thinking to anticipate and mitigate risks to client retention.
  • Analytical and proficient in MS Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Lead quantitative & qualitative analyses to solve retention and growth challenges; partner with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
  • Drive improvement of processes and tools to improve quality and productivity, and scale the team's operational model for deal support.
  • Own actions, measure progress and lead initiatives/completed projects with action-driven insights.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Lead Deal Support through cross-functional influencing skills on the highest value/most complex renewals across Gartner; implement programs ensuring Gartner's retention and growth strategy
  • Create scalable action plans and lead presentations in planning sessions and strategy meetings with Senior Leaders across Team NCVI partners
  • Drive strong collaboration with Client Value Managers (CVMs), and our Center of Excellence partners to build strong business cases for renewal and growth of our large deals
  • Lead quantitative & qualitative analyses to solve Gartner's retention and growth challenges; partner with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
  • Drive constant improvement and renovation/innovationof our processes and tools to improve quality and productivity, along with scaling the team's operational model to deliver exceptional deal support.
  • Own your actions, measure progress and lead initiatives/ complex projects to completion with action-driven insights
Must Haves
  • Bachelor's degree with 5-7+ years of experience in completing complex analyses and solving challenging business problems as a business analyst/ consultant at a top-tier consulting firm, investment banking associate or strategy analyst for a leading company
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Ability to influence leaders to drive business outcomes and growth
  • Ability to synthesize complex problems into simple, concise statements/ core messages, and present/ communicate to key stakeholders and clients
  • Outstanding project management skills (projects involving internal and external stakeholders) with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
  • Forward thinking ability in order to anticipate and mitigate risks to client retention
  • Analytical and proficient in MS Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, and is able to clearly present and articulate through PPT

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 108,000 USD - 148,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
