Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Manager of Statistical Programming to lead programming teams across clinical projects, ensuring compliant data analysis and reporting for regulatory submissions. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, computer science or life sciences required.
At least 6 years of programming experience in the industry including support of significant regulatory filings.
Proficiency in SAS and experience with CDISC standards and e‑submissions.

Responsibilities

Provide programming leadership and support to clinical project teams and vendors, including deployment of programming strategies and standards.
Develop, validate, and maintain complex programs and utilities per specifications and standards.
Lead/sub‑lead electronic submission preparation and review.
Create robust programming specifications (e.g. ADaM specifications).
Review planning documents to align programming activities with project objectives and ensure clarity of assumptions.
Identify and communicate risks and remediation plans; contribute to process improvements.
