Servier is seeking a Senior Manager, Statistical Programming in Boston to lead and oversee statistical programming for clinical studies. You will ensure CDISC compliance, work with CROs, and deliver high-quality analyses for CSR, iDMC, and publications, while aligning with regulatory requirements.
The role requires a Masters in Statistics or related field with 5+ years in pharmaceutical statistical programming, strong SAS skills, and experience in CDISC standards.

The Senior Manager, Statistical Programming is responsible for the development of statistical programming on the study level by performing hands‑on programming or oversight of outsourced programming deliverables. Ensure the statistical programming processes and deliverables are aligned with regulatory requirements and internal procedures. Interact with the study statisticians and study team regarding statistical programming aspects.

The salary range for this role is $151,000 – $172,000. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. Employees in this position are also eligible for Short‑Term and Long‑Term incentive programs.
