What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and mentor engineering teams to deliver a secure and resilient assessment platform
- Champion secure software development lifecycle principles and integrate security into engineering practices
- Oversee advanced security testing initiatives, including reverse engineering to identify vulnerabilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize security-related initiatives and mitigate risks
- Own the evolution of system architecture with a focus on scalability and resilience against tampering
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of progressive engineering experience, including 5+ years in engineering leadership with a focus on security
- Proven success in leading engineering efforts for desktop applications, particularly in C++
- Deep understanding of security best practices in software development
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple time zones

- Background in obfuscation and relevant tools for building secure software applications
- Experience managing remote stakeholders and working with US-based peers
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and managing cross-functional delivery teams
- Track record of mentoring and building high-performing engineering organizations
