Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Angular developers, fostering career growth and performance excellence.
• Collaborate with product teams to define technology strategies, roadmaps, and platform capabilities.
• Design, develop, test, and support technical solutions within Agile teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless integration into our ecosystem.
• Build strong relationships with architecture and technology leaders to ensure strategic alignment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 6 years of professional software engineering experience
• At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• At least 4 years of people management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree
• 7+ years in Angular development
• 7+ years in people management
• Experience in Agile practices, web platforms, monorepo tooling, developer tooling, design systems, automated testing, and observability tools
