A leading company is seeking a Senior Manager of Software Development based in Atlanta. This role combines technical leadership in cloud architecture and software development with team management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AWS, PHP, and agile methodologies, and will be responsible for leading a high-performing engineering team while ensuring best practices in software development. Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Manager of Software Development who will lead a high-performing engineering team while actively contributing to architecture, code reviews, and cloud infrastructure (AWS). This role requires 70% technical leadership (cloud architecture, PHP/Laravel development, DevOps) and 30% people management (mentoring, agile processes, stakeholder alignment).

Salary Range Disclosure
The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.

US Remote: $158,000- $165,000 USD per year
