We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager SRE to lead incident management and production support for a major client account. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, extensive experience with SRE tools, and the ability to confidently manage high-impact situations, including direct interactions with client VPs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage incident calls, acting as the primary contact for client executives during critical situations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Oversee production support operations and drive continuous service improvement.
  • Leverage SRE tools to monitor, analyze, and enhance system reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and prevent future incidents.
